Federal officials have not yet released the name of the intended victim or described the motive behind the alleged scheme, but Assistant U.S. Attorney Traci J. Whelan acknowledge that the plot targeted an Idaho resident.
Katrina, who Assistant U.S. Attorney James Goeke described Wednesday as a “serious risk of flight and danger to the community,” has been charged with five counts of using interstate commerce in the commission of murder-for-hire, according to the indictment. Goeke asked that she be held without bail.
