Official Win Derailed On DVD Sweepstakes Rules
1. The Win Derailed On DVD Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and older as of Wednesday, April 5, 2006. Employees of American Media, MPRM, its corporate suppliers and advertisers are not eligible.
2. NO PURCHASE IS NECSSARY.
3. The Win Derailed On DVD Sweepstakes runs from Wednesday, April 5, 2006 to Wednesday, April 19, 2006. To enter, log on to www.starmagazine.com and complete the entry form, which includes your name, address and telephone number, and submit the entry form electronically. Alternatively you can print your name, address, telephone number on an index card deliverable by the United States Post office and send to: Win Derailed On DVD, National Enquirer Magazine, One Park Avenue, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10016. Limit one (1) entry per person or per email address. Entries in excess of stated maximum will be disqualified.
4. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 for drawing to be held on or about Monday, April 24, 2006 at AMI’s offices. Fifty (50) prizes will be awarded consisting of:
Derailed On DVD Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $19.99
Total ARV of prize: $999.50.
5. All entries become the property of American Media, Inc, which assumes no responsibility for late, misdirected or lost entries. Winners agree to publication and/or display of their name, address, likeness and entry form to be made at the discretion of American Media, Inc. Winners may be required to sign AMI’s affidavit of eligibility in order to collect any prizes.
6. Any information entrants provide to Sponsor will be used to communicate with entrant in relation to these Sweepstakes. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may also share this information with third parties who are participating in the sweepstakes and that Sponsor or third parties may contact you at a future date about services the Sponsor believes you may find of interest.
7. Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of American Media, Inc. Winners will be notified by phone. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
8. The Win Derailed On DVD Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
9. The name of the winners may be obtained by sending a self addressed stamped envelope (after March April 24, 2006 but before May 24, 2006) to: Win Derailed On DVD Sweepstakes, Winners Names, National Enquirer Magazine, One Park Avenue, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10016.
