The Osbournes have priced themselves out of America’s living rooms! The freaky family’s game-changing MTV reality series paved the way for the Kardashians to cash in, but insiders said the greedy stars now refuse to return to the small screen unless they’re offered major bucks!
“They can’t afford us,” crowed 66-year-old matriarch Sharon Osbourne.
The Talk co-host and her 70-year-old hubby, former Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy, and their youngest kids — Kelly, 34, and Jack, 33 — were must-see TV for three seasons after The Osbournes debuted in 2002.
Though addled Ozzy’s feeble condition, along with Jack’s MS challenges, appeared to be the biggest roadblocks to their reality show’s return, Sharon’s made it clear it’s about the Benjamins!
“It keeps going back and forth. Different networks will approach us, and it never works out,” said Sharon. “Why would we want to do it for f—ing peanuts?”
