“Sex and the City” star Kim Cattrall tweeted photographs of her Vancouver Island, British Columbia, home to fans this week — after it was destroyed by teenage girl who crashed an SUV into it while allegedly “joyriding”! A white Suzuki SUV was pictured in the ruins of the house after Kim said a 16-year-old girl drove it into the front of the home at about 1 a.m. Tuesday, leaving the actress “shaken up” but uninjured. Comox Valley police are investigating, but would not confirm the owner of the property or the driver's age.
Kim, who is best known as SATC’s sophisticated Samantha Jones, wrote alongside the images: “A senseless 16 yr old driver plowed into my home Joy Riding @ 1am. People cld have been killed. U should b ashamed.” In response to a concerned reply to her tweet, she added: “We're okay but shaken up. No one was hurt. That's most important but we need 2 address this behavior & educate teens.” In another reply she said: "A 16 year old girl could have been responsible for 4 peoples deaths. She's home free to drive around today."
