Tim Conway has been left struck silent as his family fights over his health care, with his daughter declaring that the beloved star of “The Carol Burnett Show” is stricken with dementia and “almost entirely unresponsive!” The National ENQUIRER revealed in Oct. 2017 that the 84-year-old comic has been suffering from hydrocephalus — commonly known as water on the brain. But an independent attorney assigned to look into Tim's well-being has assured the courts that Charlene Conway has her husband's "best interests at heart!"

In 2009, a doctor secretly “implanted a shunt that drains it,” Roger told The ENQUIRER. “Two years ago, they put a new valve on the shunt to keep it working properly.” The independent attorney has told the court Charlene still believes that her husband can make a comeback from his current state, and wants her husband to "receive proper physical therapy so that he can better improve neurologically."
