The "Young Frankenstein" actress was seen on a rare outing with her aide on April 14. “Her nurse will take her out to stretch her legs for a few minutes each day, and sometimes Teri will be taken for lunch to get out of the house," a source told The National ENQUIRER.
The 67-year-old star, who is suffering from multiple sclerosis, was seen having a bit of trouble getting into a car.
The brave funnygirl is barely recognizable and now wears adult diapers!
Teri's aide assists the fragile star, who retired from acting in 2007.
“It appears that Teri’s now in a constant struggle, and her only companion is her caregiving nurse,” revealed the insider.
