Taylor Swift Romancing Tom Hiddleston — The Inside Story!

Taylor Swift has taken her own advice about boyfriend Calvin Harris ­— by shaking him off for Tom Hiddleston! It's yet another big break for Tom, who's said to be the #1 choice to play 007 as Daniel Craig gives up the James Bond franchise! The National ENQUIRER had the scoop back in May when the two were spotted dancing together at the 2016 Met Gala in New York City, and The ENQUIRER also had the photos as the two arrived separately at a party the night before in Manhattan.

“Taylor was clearly going to town with Hiddleston,” gushed an eyewitness who saw the two on the dance floor. Calvin, 32, was nowhere to be found as she arrived at the party alone (as pictured) — leading to fears their relationship is on the rocks.

The pair nearly broke up last October after Taylor, 26, learned Calvin (seen with his diva girlfriend here) visited a notorious L.A. Thai massage parlor known for its “happy endings.” But when Calvin heard about his girl and Tom, he hit the roof. “Calvin can get crazy jealous,” dished a spy.

The musician is known for his rants, and once launched a social-media salvo against former One Direction star Zayn Malik — who shot back on Twitter, branding Calvin a “di*khead.”

Although a rep for Taylor denied the breakup, insiders told The ENQUIRER that Calvin is jealous of Tom (seen arriving at the pre-Gala party) and the starlets eager for his attention. The film star also has his own musical connections. Tom — best known as the mischievous Loki in the "Thor" films —  recently played singer Hank Williams in a biopic, and may soon play Frank Sinatra in a big-screen telling of the singing legend's life.

“Tom’s considered a real catch. He’s a charmer and funny as hell,” said the spy. As for the wildly successful Taylor, 35-year-old Tom doesn’t seem intimidated one bit. “I like strong women," he explained. "My mother and sisters are very strong women, immensely independent … that’s what I feel comfortable with."
