According to records obtained by The National ENQUIRER, Ricardo Gomez Jr. was charged with DWI after police in Texas administered a Breathalyzer test on Feb. 6, 2002. Gomez, then 26, was also booked for unlawfully carrying a weapon after cops found a “black ruger 9mm handgun and black handgun magazine,” according to the docs.
