Suzie Hardy has now gone public with her claims that Ryan “grinded his erect penis against her while clad only in his underwear” while she worked with him in 2007. She also claims Ryan's assistant told her that their boss “is really into you,” and that he asked Suzie to “take a nap” with him while hosting that year's “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.”

The "American Idol" host went public himself in Nov. 2017 about the claims, saying in a statement: "Recently, someone that worked as a wardrobe stylist for me nearly a decade ago at E! News, came forward with a complaint...I dispute these reckless allegations and I plan to cooperate with any corporate inquiries that may result." And now E! is standing by their red-carpet correspondent.

Suzie herself told Variety that — after two previous talks with E! bosses — she was brought back for yet another interview in the wake of Hollywood's recent #MeToo scandals over casting couch stories. “I felt like by the third interview," she told Variety, "it was obvious the investigator was whitewashing it for Seacrest’s side."

An E! spokesperson, however, insisted: "E!’s investigation was extremely comprehensive and thorough." Ryan's attorney, Andrew Baum, also isn't happy with Variety reporting on Suzi's detailed claims, saying: "It’s telling that after my client refused to pay her money, and the E! investigation resulted as it did, that she is now coming forward to share her debunked story to the press."
