The evil Russian nanny who proudly showed off the decapitated head of 4-year-old Nastya Meshcheryakova in Moscow has admitted to the murder — and now reveals that the despicable act was a terrorist attack! Gulchekhra Bobokulova, a 38-year-old mother of three, declared in a video that the child's bloody end was retaliation for air strikes in Syria.

"I took revenge against those who spilled blood!" declared Bobokulova (shown here during the terrorist act). "Putin spilled blood, planes carried out bombings. Why are Muslims being killed? They also want to live."

Bobokulova came to Russia as a Muslim immigrant from the former Soviet republic of Uzbekistan. Audio from amateur video obtained by The National ENQUIRER (as seen in these images) reveals that the nightmarish nanny shouted "I am a terrorist" while brandishing the head of tragic Nastya.

The monstrous murderer had previously explained to Russian reporters that that she killed the girl because "Allah ordered" her death! This new political motivation, however, suggests that Bobokulova didn't act out of insanity, but over her political beliefs. In a terrifying twist, the admission also gives new credence to Russian authorities who said that Bobokulova didn't act alone!

Bobokulova had been hired to watch over tragic young Nastya, and was discovered wandering around wandered around a Moscow subway station proudly holding up the girl's head and shouting Islamist slogans and bomb threats.
