Rosie previously appeared on The View during the show's 10th season from 2006 until 2007. However, she made a comeback for the series' 18th season in 2014, but she didn't last long!

In September 2017, it was shockingly revealed that Michelle died from an apparent suicide. “I am saddened to hear about this terrible tragedy. Mental illness is a very serious issue affecting many families. My thoughts and prayers go out to Michelle’s family, her wife and their child,” Rosie said in a statement at the time.

Rosie Admits To Her Father’s Sexual Abuse
In March 2019, Rosie admitted to her father's sexual abuse. “It started very young,” Rosie told Variety’s New York bureau chief Ramin Setoodeh, the author of
Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of The View.
“And then when my mother died, it sort of ended in a weird way, because then he was with these five children to take care of. On the whole, it’s not something I like to talk about," Rosie continued, “Of course, it changes everyone. Any child who is put in that position, especially by someone in the family, you feel completely powerless and stuck, because the person you would tell is the person doing it."
