Insiders said Harmon — who serves as an executive producer while also playing chief investigator Leroy Jethro Gibbs — had kept holding a grudge after Pauley complained about the star's dog being allowed on the set after the pit-bull mix savagely attacked a crew member. Perrette pushed to have the canine banned “to protect my crew” — but, say sources, she was the one shown the door!
