Radar reveals that the items being sold for quick cash include a Harley Davidson motorcycle promised to Patrick's brother Don, and a cowboy shirt that Lisa refused to give to Patrick's heartbroken mother. “The shirt meant a lot to Patsy because it reminded her of Patrick and smelled of him,” the insider said of Patsy, who died at age 86 in 2013. Instead, the precious items are being offered up as movie memorabilia from hits like "Ghost" and "Point Break."

The National ENQUIRER previously revealed other bitter feuds over Patrick's estate — including claims that the will leaving Patrick's entire $40 million fortune to Lisa was really a fake! A close pal said that “the signature on the will ain’t even close!” Handwriting expert Peggy Walla aso compared the signature on the will to three of Patrick’s authentic autographs, declaring: “It is highly unlikely that the same person signed the will.”

In another bombshell disclosure, Patrick's beloved longtime maid said that he was viciously battered and verbally abused by Lisa. The longtime employee, who asked to remain anonymous, claims she was terrorized by Lisa’s Jekyll and Hyde behavior, too! “I was afraid of her,” says the former maid. “She would be normal one minute then the next she would be furious at something. She was like an animal!”

Another of Patrick's longtime pals even accused Lisa of smacking the actor around in his final days — when cancer had wasted him down to a pathetic 90 pounds. “She would punch and slap him,” the close pal said. But a spokesman for Lisa, who has since remarried, called the charges “categorically untrue.” The maid also challenged Lisa’s claim that she cared for the star, saying Patrick’s brother Don actually took care of him.

“Donnie did everything for Patrick,” the maid reveals. “He would take care of him, feed him … take him to the doctor appointments. Lisa would only do things when she had to.” Another insider told Radar: “Lisa has never offered the family anything — not even the small things with sentimental value to Patrick’s family. This is who she is: a greedy person. She’s just showing her true character!”
