Lt. John Corina recently told CBS News that Wagner still refuses to talk to investigators — adding: "I haven't seen him tell the details that match all the other witnesses in this case. I think he's constantly changed his story a little bit — and his version of events just don't add up."

Wagner was onboard his yacht Splendour with Natalie and actor Christopher Walken when she vanished from the boat on the night of Nov. 29, 1981. Corina told The ENQUIRER that he believes Wagner is being uncooperative because “he probably feels like we’re looking at him as a suspect,” and said to CBS: "I think he's more of a person of interest now. I mean, we know now that he was the last person to be with Natalie before she disappeared."
