Cops say that Moore entered the room of his elderly victim around midnight on Jan. 3, 2017 — pulling off the woman's blanket and molesting her after she told him to leave "multiple times." He had been moved to the facility after serving a prison term at the Fishkill Correctional Facility. He had been caught at NYC's Beth Israel Medical Center while molesting a semi-conscious 93-year-old woman.

Before that attack, however, Moore served four years in prison for attacking a 79-year-old woman in another hospital. The ex-con is now awaiting trial before the Buffalo City Court. He's facing charges of sexual abuse of a person incapable of giving consent, along with endangering the welfare of a physically disabled person.
