The 65-year-old star — who had his nose broken twice in the ring — revealed in 2009 that he’d had five surgeries on his snout, plus one on a smashed cheekbone. “Most of it was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing,” he said — adding he initially went to the "wrong guy" for surgery.

But the former sex symbol — who broke out big as a handsome bomb maker in the 1981 hit "Body Double" — still has some pals concerned. “Mickey can’t stop going back to the surgeon,” a source spilled, “and it’s obliterated what was once one of the most handsome faces in Hollywood!”
