Melanie Brown has blasted estranged husband Stephen Belafonte with a shocking list of charges including physical and mental abuse, sexual exploitation — and even impregnating the family’s nanny! In securing a restraining order against her film producer husband of 10 years, the Spice Girl seemingly confirmed reports by The National ENQUIRER in 2014 of Belafonte's brutal beatings and love for random threesomes. The restraining order forces her estranged husband to move out of the family’s home and stay away from Mel B. and her children. "[Belafonte] threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every possible way [and to] destroy my career and take my kids from me," Mel said in the filing. The court documents include the star's shocking account of a November 2007 beating that occurred the night of her "Dancing with the Stars" finale — just five months into the couple’s marriage!

Belafonte — who has vehemently denied charges of abuse over the years — allegedly choked the former Scary Spice with both hands and slammed her down onto the hardwood floor. Whenever she achieved success, Mel claimed in the documents, he would "beat me down to let me know he was in charge." That includes a charge that jealous Belafonte slugged Mel with a closed fist as she prepared to tape a July 2012 segment with Usher for “The X Factor,” splitting her lip.

Mel says that she asked her husband how she could go on camera with the injury, with Belafonte reportedly replying that she should have thought of that before deciding to "flirt with and f--k Usher." Another beating allegedly came the day after the reunited Spice Girls performed at the closing ceremonies of the London Olympics in August 2012, when Belafonte again punched her and pushed her face down onto the floor. Mel claims that Belafonte forced her to go on social media to blame the injury on falling down while running in high heels.

According to the filing, Belafonte not only got the family’s nanny pregnant, he proposed that they keep the child and "all three of us live together!" When that didn’t fly, Belafonte reportedly demanded that the nanny get an abortion, and paid her off with some $300,000 out of Mel B's accounts "for alleged nanny services." Overcome with "emotional and physical exhaustion" in 2014, Mel even said she consumed an entire bottle of Aspirin — only for Belafonte to lock her in a bedroom, lock the door, and tell her: "Die, bitch!"
