Megyn Kelly's troubled interview with sicko Sandy Hook conspiracy theorist Alex Jones was already a disaster — and now the show has bombed in the ratings!

The interview with Jones was a desperate attempt to salvage Megyn's pathetic ratings on her new Sunday news show — after the debut episode of "Sunday Night" couldn't even bring in viewers with her Vladimir Putin interview. Instead, Megyn's interview ranked dead last in the major network ratings, much to Jones' delight!

Megyn ended up dealing with a major controversy when outrage broke out over her attempt to give Jones a platform to express his opinions. The popular internet figure had even once said that the tragic Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings were a government hoax.

A chastened Megyn tried to put a new spin on the program — only for Jones to ridicule the newswoman with her own words. Jones had secretly taped conversations where Megyn had tried to flatter him to land the interview.
