As previously covered by The National ENQUIRER, many outraged parents have accused the U.S. gymnastics national governing board of hiding away claims of perverts preying on underage aspiring stars. McKayla's new lawsuit claims that USA Gymnastics violated the law by paying Maroney to sign a confidentiality agreement about her sexual torment at the hands of Nassar.

She was reportedly paid $1.25 million to help cover up the details of Nassar's sexual assaults. McKayla broke that agreement, however, by speaking out as Nassar pleaded guilty to a total of 10 counts of criminal sexual conduct. The new lawsuit is meant to allow McKayla, now 22, to recount the crimes in even more detail — starting with the bombshell document!

The suit continues: "Before one of the biggest competitions in McKayla Maroney’s career in Japan, Nassar closed the 'treatment room' door, his face went blank, and he then proceeded to insert his hand into [her] vagina and anus."

The court document adds: "While the molestations...began under the guise of legitimate medical treatment, with NASSAR inserting his bare, ungloved hand into her vagina (claiming that he was performing medical treatment), they soon took an even more depraved and sadomasochistic turn."

Nassar and his former employers at Michigan State are also listed as defendants, along with the United States Olympic Committee. The suit says: "To this day, McKayla Maroney is petrified of Nassar and does not trust medical providers, and suffers from intrusive, repeated thoughts and memories of the horrific abuse she suffered as a minor gymnast competing for her country."
