Wild child Malia Obama has caused yet even more mayhem in the White House after a wild week of partying — including a shocking scene where she lifted her skirt to flash a concert crowd! That's after Barack and Michelle Obama were already embarrassed when Malia skipped the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia to attend the Lollapalooza Festival in Chicago!

The First Daughter didn't bother witnessing Hillary Clinton's historic acceptance speech at the DNC as the first woman to accept a major political party's nomination to run for President. Instead, Malia was living like a VIP with special seats to watch the headlining acts — and she stole the spotlight by showing off her own bod!

Her latest antics come just days after The National ENQUIRER snapped bombshell spy photos of the teenager in an Amsterdam nightclub at four in the morning! The first daughter — who only turned 18 on July 4 — went on an eyebrow- raising bender during which she knocked back vodka after vodka!
