Madonna turned 60 years old with a secret big birthday bash — but it’s no secret that her body has taken a bashing over the years! The defiant “Material Girl” has been determined over the past ten years to fight off aging after turning 50 years old on August 16, 2017. A decade later, Madonna remained determined to become a sexagenarian while looking unnaturally young. The music legend is taking advantage of new technology, too, with The National ENQUIRER even catching the volatile diva getting her hands filled out to keep from seeming like an old crone!

Madonna was showing off a strangely plump face through 2016, with one shocked eyewitness declaring: “Her face is unreal, and she’s gone overboard with the facial fillers and Botox!” But the star was still showing her real age with her disturbing digits, and had taken to wearing gloves. “Her hands are riddled with unsightly bulging veins,” a source sighed. “She’s gotten so much plastic surgery on her face, but her hands don’t lie about her age!”

New York-based plastic surgeon Dr. Yoel Shahar, who has not treated the aging songbird, agreed that the Material Girl's mitts now seem more youthful — offering his expert opinon that she's “had fillers injected, and her hands smoothed.” Fillers are usually used on the face, but have recently gained ground as a common practice for smoothing out hands.

The FDA most recently approved a new filler gel for the back of people's hands in May 2018 — and by early July, Madonna's own hands suddenly had a more youthful appearance. "Everybody thinks she was one of the first to use Restylane Lyft," said an insider. "Nobody can prove it, but there are an awful lot patients coming in with photos of Madonna and asking what she's had done!"

Not every fix, however, has turned out so fine — with Dr. Lyle Back noting that Madonna had worked too hard to rebuild her face back in 2016. The Cherry Hill, N.J., cosmetic surgeon, who hasn't treated the pop diva, said that “if you compare current photos to those taken years ago, you can see her chin looks bigger and her jaw looks wider and more square...This is usually for a woman who has a pointy jaw, to make it look less triangular.”

And it hasn't just been medical experts noting Madonna's panic as she headed into her 60s. Even "Modern Family" star
Sofia Vergara broke Hollywood etiquette after being shocked by Madonna's latest look for a 2012 World Tour — accusing the former "Like a Virgin" vixen of once again overdoing facial fillers. It "doesn't make [her] look young," complained Sofia. "You end up looking like a freak!"

The ENQUIRER also caught how Madonna had started her thirst for facial fillers heading into her 50th birthday — as she hid two black eyes behind oversized sunglasses as she left the Medical Arts Center in NYC. At the time, Madonna was insisting that she was getting ready for the big 5-0 by
turning to a strict macrobiotic diet, yoga and exercise. Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Alex Karidis, however, speculated Madonna's black eyes may be the result of a procedure that removed excess tissue from the lower lids.

But some insiders are saying that Madonna's new look at 60 is a big improvement on her 50s — where pals complained that she'd allowed surgeons to talk her into taking on the feline features that had become a favorite Hollywood trend. One source insisted that Madonna is now trying to just maintain her looks with regular injections of filler. "She doesn't always look natural," the insider admitted, "but she's looking more like Madonna!"
