NBC won’t be happy about this! Kathie Lee Gifford turned heads on Sunday, February 3, when she reunited with estranged journalist Megyn Kelly at the Childhelp Drive the Dream Gala in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The two haven’t been seen together since Kelly’s abrupt firing from her eponymous talk show, Megyn Kelly Today, after she made racially charged comments suggesting it was OK for white people to paint their faces black.
But now that Gifford’s set to exit the fourth hour of Today in early April, it appears she doesn’t give a sh-t that everyone at the daily news show is mad at Kelly!

For the night out, Kelly wore a black and gold sequin number with a sexy plunging neckline. Gifford, on the other hand, wore a flowy, floral, off-the-shoulder number.

Their big reunion comes after The
ENQUIRER reported Kelly is
cutting off the Today team. Since Gifford will soon no longer be a part of that team, it appears she's the exception!
“Megyn is angry that none of the hosts defended her “blackface” comment — and she’ll never forgive Al Roker’s response,” moles told The
National ENQUIRER. “Megyn wants nothing to do with any of them. When they bump into each other again, Megyn will give them a piece of her mind.”

Perhaps Kelly is glad Gifford seemingly stuck up for her after her firing as well. At the time Gifford announced her departure,
ENQUIRER revealed she was furious over NBC’s politically correct decisions to dump Matt Lauer and Kelly.
“She thought NBC acted like it was a news network in a nanny state, and she could no longer go on because common sense had been overtaken by madness,” an insider revealed.

And it seems Gifford may be befriending more than one of her former co-workers.
ENQUIRER also reported that
Regis Philbin is begging her to put their old act back together again.
“Regis is begging Kathie Lee to go out on the road with him and play theaters and casinos,” a friend dished. “He did well when he toured with his old pal Don Rickles. But Don died in 2017 and Regis feels like he needs a partner to make his act work.”
Perhaps Kelly will be their first guest someday!
