Kate Hudson And Nick Jonas Back Together (Again)

Kate Hudson and rumored boytoy Nick Jonas stopped by a coffee shop in the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, Calif., earlier this week for some java and few laughs. Kate, 36, looked adorable in a denim skirt and big fuzzy hat, however, a more serious-minded Nick, 23, went with a standard baseball cap.

While Kate is looking more cute than sexy here, she has been doing a lot more sultry photo shoots lately. A close friend of hers confided to The National ENQUIRER that it’s all part of Kate’s plan to stay relevant in young-skewing Hollywood. “She’d love to keep going for young leading lady roles, and she still looks as good as all the 25-year-olds, but nothing seems to be coming her way,” whispered the pal. “Kate has no idea where she fits in in Hollywood anymore!” said the source close to the blonde bombshell.

“Kate’s so worried about losing roles to younger actresses that she’s desperate to show everyone that she’s still ‘got it!’” divulged a pal. “Kate’s going to great lengths to appear young and carefree. That’s why you see her dating musicians and dressing like she’s 20. She wants to show Hollywood she still appeals to a younger audience.” The mother-of-two is also paranoid that newer faces have eclipsed hers. “Kate’s especially threatened by younger actresses like Emma Watson and Jennifer Lawrence,” dished the source to The ENQUIRER. Kate’s also miffed that 42-year-old Gwyneth Paltrow continues to land leading lady roles, like Pepper Potts in the “Iron Man” franchise! “It’s all about perception with Kate.”
