Insiders said that it's an amicable split for Joshua, 37, and his former model girlfriend (who turned 40 years old on July 15, 2016) — as he stepped out in Los Angeles looking more unkempt than usual!

Diane started out as a ballerina before moving on to modeling. Then she went on to the big screen in the "National Treasure" movies, and has stayed busy as an actress ever since!

Joshua doesn't have as much work lined up — but he's bulking up and finally seeming to get serious about cultivating that facial hair. The actor sure looks like he's up for a change!
