“Johnny told them to get out so he can sell the property,” a source spilled. “They have nowhere else to go!” The “Donnie Brasco” star listed the Lexington farm — which features two horse barns, a pool, and a guest cottage — for $2.9 million in 2017 and recently slashed the price to a bargain-basement $1.6 million!
