“He looks five years younger than he did 11 years ago!” says renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Otto Placik. The photos, snapped in 2005 and 2016, reveal the smarmy 54-year-old preacher has “clearly” had Botox treatments to his forehead and the furrows between his eyebrows, says Dr. Placik, who has not treated Osteen.

“Notice the eradication of horizontal lines on his forehead,” points out Dr. Placik. Osteen also appears to have had fillers placed in his smile lines, and an upper eye-lid tuck, according to the expert. “You couldn’t even see his upper eyelid line 12 years ago, and now you can clearly see the upper eyelid skin and crease,” he said.

An upper eyelid procedure would cost up to $6,000, while five years of Botox and filler treatments every three months would total about $30,000, he added. And that’s not all Osteen, who’s been viciously slammed for not immediately sheltering storm victims in his 16,000-seat Lakewood Church in Houston, has splurged on.

“He also may have undergone several chemical peels to keep his skin smooth and blemish-free,” said top plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not worked with Osteen. “Overall, he looks very youthful!”
