Withered Wall Street star Michael Douglas may be suffering from a devastating cancer relapse as experts warn the unsightly lesions on the skeletal actor’s face, nose and chest could be frightening signs the disease has returned to ravage his frail body!
“The bandage on his nose indicates he has likely had surgery to remove a skin cancer,” observed New York-based internist Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated 74-year-old Michael.
“While skin cancer is not related to the tongue cancer he suffered in the past, the lesions are bad signs that cancer is still metabolically active in his body — and a very dangerous sign it may have spread.” Click through the gallery above for more exclusive details!

The Romancing the Stone hunk was a heavy smoker and did a 30-day rehab stint in 1992 and recently admitted he had relapsed — but claimed he now has his demons under control.
“Cancers are caused by smoking, alcohol and sun exposure,” Dr. Mirkin explained. “A history of abuse in those areas worsens his prognosis significantly.”

Dr. Fischer cautioned that while Michael seemed to have beaten his initial cancer diagnosis, he can never be considered fully “cured.”
“Metastatic lesions may always be present locally or imbedded into crucial organs,” he ominously warned. “They often can resurface years later.”
