Heather Locklear rushed back into rehab for the second time this year — just as cops raided her home in a search for firearms!

The latest twist in the "Melrose Place" star's downward spiral came just days after she was arrested for allegedly assaulting both her boyfriend Chris Heisser and the cops who responded to a 911 call. As earlier reported by The National ENQUIRER, that was after Heather (here in her latest mugshot) started 2018 in rehab — just like she did in 2017!

Rehab won't solve all of Heather's problems, however. Cops raided her home on the same day that she committed herself. In a troubling twist to her alleged assault on police officers, Heather had also reportedly threatened to shoot the cops. That brought back police to her Thousand Oaks, Calif., home to seize a .38 caliber handgun registered to the actress.

Police were allowed into the home by other residents, but couldn't find the weapon. Meanwhile, reported RADAR Online, insiders are also blasting Chris for making Heather's life so miserable that she can't get straight. "Heather's brought a lot of problems on herself," said one pal, "but that guy's a bum."

Hessier was also caught up in Heather's arrest — getting busted on a DUI charge just hours after cops had rushed to her residence. Heather's career is also reportedly suffering from her recent scandals. But while she's not currently working, it's been announced that actress Rebekah Graf will play a "young" Heather in the upcoming Mötley Crüe biopic!
