Gretchen Carlson shook up the world of journalism as the former Miss America filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her old boss at FOX News — but she's also outraged the other women at the network! That's because Gretchen, 50, boldly stated in her legal documents that many of her fellow FOX employees had thrived by sleeping with 76-year-old FOX News boss Roger Ailes!

Gretchen — caught by
The National ENQUIRER sleeping
with a married anchorman as she launched her own career — made the shocking claim in the lawsuit that she filed. The court documents claim that her career suffered at FOX News while other women thrived "who did not complain about harassment or rebuff [Ailes'] sexual advances."
That's after Gretchen's claims that her FOX contract wasn't renewed on June 23 after she rejected Ailes' sexual advances — with him reportedly telling the newswoman: “I think you and I should have had a sexual relationship a long time ago!"
Gretchen's complaint of others "not rebuffing his sexual advances" is a shocking claim that FOX's biggest names — including stars like
Megyn Kelly,
Greta Van Susteren, and
Jeanine Pirro — indulged Ailes in sexual favors! The women of FOX are also facing other implications from the law firm representing Gretchen, with the attorneys claiming "at least 10" other women have contacted them with similar complaints about Ailes.

Ailes issued his own statement in response to Gretchen's lawsuit, saying: "This is a retaliatory suit for the network’s decision not to renew her contract, which was due to the fact that her disappointingly low ratings were dragging down the afternoon lineup. When Fox News did not commence any negotiations to renew her contract, Ms. Carlson became aware that her career with the network was likely over and conveniently began to pursue a lawsuit."

Ailes also addressed Gretchen's charges that other women had been given preferential treatment: "Ironically, Fox News provided her with more on-air opportunities over her 11 year tenure than any other employer in the industry, for which she thanked me in her recent book. This defamatory lawsuit is not only offensive, it is wholly without merit and will be defended vigorously.”
