Goldie Hawn Tans While Daughter Kate Burns Up Over Amy Schumer

Goldie Hawn is filming an action/comedy in Hawaii — but she's still willing to bare her sun-damaged skin to the elements! At least the 70-year-old actress looks fit while getting ready to make her return to the big-screen after a 14-year break. Her last film role was 2002's "The Banger Sisters" with Susan Sarandon. Now she's co-starring with Amy Schumer, and igniting a family feud with daughter Kate Hudson!

The off-camera drama started after Amy managed to coax Goldie to come out of retirement and portray her mother in the upcoming film. The blockbuster pairing made the movie studio happy — but it's ruffled Kate’s feathers! “Kate is seething with jealousy,” a snitch told The National ENQUIRER. “She begged Goldie for years to co-star with her!”

Now insiders say that Kate, 37, and movie daughter Amy, 35, are acting like teen siblings vying for Mom’s attention! The trio of blondes have been hanging out together in Hawaii, but that soon turned into a catastrophe as Kate and Amy (pictured in Hawaii) bickered nonstop, claimed a spy.

“Goldie was left playing referee. It was like two mean girls fighting to be the best friend of the prom queen,” the source added. The trip was initially supposed to include just Goldie and the “Trainwreck” star, but Kate horned in on the fun, and things got awkward quickly.

“Kate bombarded Amy with unsolicited ideas about making the movie better — including having her come on in a headlining role,” dished the insider. “Kate kept gallivanting around in her bikini, bragging about her body and posting pictures of herself on social media. Amy hated having Kate along as the third wheel. She seemed like a fame hog!”

Goldie (who reportedly got the role after Meryl Streep passed) hasn't helped the situation by gushing over Amy’s comedic talents. “She raved about working with Amy, saying, ‘It had to be funny and it had to be with the right person!’” said the source.
