George Michael officially died a natural death — but the coroner's ruling covers up a lifetime of alcohol and drug abuse! The autopsy report on the dead pop star declares that George passed away from "natural causes." That came as a relief from insiders who feared the hard-living gay icon had suffered an overdose on Christmas Day 2016. But the coroner's official conclusion also exposes the aftermath of George's fatal addictions!

One cause behind George's "natural death" at 53 was revealed to be a "fatty liver" — an ailment most commonly caused by chronic alcoholism. Sadly, the American Liver Foundation confirms that fatty liver disease can be reversed by simply giving up alcohol. But, as claimed by many insiders, the singer behind hits such as "Faith" and "Father Figure" refused to get help for his chronic drinking. Even then, George's friends were more concerned about his serious drug habit, now also revealed to have killed the pop star!

The autopsy shows that George suffered from "a dilated cardiomyopathy" — a form of disease where the heart muscle begins to dilate and grow thinner. The American Heart Association reports that the disease is often linked to cocaine and amphetamines, which are just two of the many drugs that George relied on to fuel his hard-partying lifestyle. George's cardiomyopathy was complicated by "myocarditis," which is a heart inflammation common in patients who are HIV positive.

“George’s immune system was shot because he was HIV positive for a very long time,” a source told The National ENQUIRER. “But it was cocaine and [other] drugs that brought him down and it was speed that caused his heart to explode.” Sadly, the insider had never doubted the true cause of George's death — and suggested the pop star had a death wish when it came to drugs ruining his health. “He knew it," said the insider, "and he didn’t care!”
