Duane ‘Dog’ Chapman’s Bounty-ful Belly

Duane "Dog" Chapman used to chase down crooks on his hit reality-show "Dog the Bounty Hunter" — but The National ENQUIRER caught the 63-year-old reality show in sad shape while lunching in Beverly Hills. An expert eye recently evaluated the lawman as weighing a criminally gut-busting 283 pounds! That kind of excess baggage has now left Duane relying on a cane to take on the strain!

Duane's declared in the past that his diet is the secret to his success, explaining how he stays smarter than the bad guys: “I eat brain food!”

But that boasting has also covered up an appetite of legendary proportions — with Duane scarfing down epic quantities of Muscle Milk, tuna, barbecued ribs, Hawaiian-style chicken wings, prime rib, fried rice, country-style oatmeal, eggs, cupcakes and gummy bears!

Medical experts have also told The ENQUIRER that Duane's rough living is showing on his face. The bounty hunter looked more lean and mean back in 2005. Now, doctors are suggesting that Duane needs a total overhaul!

“He wears the years like a set of suitcases on his face,” said Dr. Lyle Back, a top cosmetic surgeon who hasn't treated Duane — adding: “He needs a lift, a facial and a skin peel."

Dr. Back also noted that some of Duane's glory days are permanently behind him, pointing out massive bags on Dog’s cheeks. “They look like fluid sacks and are called festoons,” he said. “Sadly, they can’t be permanently removed.”
