The country diva hit Washington, D.C., to present the Library of Congress with the 100 millionth book donated through her Imagination Library literacy program. It was another milestone in Dolly's career even as sources say she's considering joining Elton John and Neil Diamond — plus her close friend Kenny Rogers — in giving up on live concerts!
