Child dragged into water by gator near Disney’s Grand Floridian
The body of 2-year-old Lane Graves was found by heartbroken authorities after he was
snatched away by an alligator at a Disney resort in Florida — with Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings saying that the parents' sole consolation was "that his body was found intact!" The grisly find put an end to the search for the youngest son of the family from Elkhorn, Neb.

Their nightmare began on the night of June 14, when the alligator pulled the little boy into the water while he waded in a lagoon along the beach of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Now the horrific incident has left the family-friendly company scrambling to answer questions about possible neglect!

While the man-made lagoon had a "No Swimming" sign, The National ENQUIRER has learned that there are no signs warning of alligators. That's in stark contrast to the many signs found at other nearby properties (as seen here). The tragic child was wading ankle-deep while nearly a foot away from the beach when he was dragged off, with his frantic father being injured while trying to save the boy. Sonar devices later found the tiny corpse at the bottom of the swamp under six feet of water.

49 revelers dead at the city's Pulse nightclub. The resort has reportedly been offering free stays to the traumatized guests who watched the grisly drama unfold from their luxury rooms.

As The ENQUIRER reported, four alligators were originally taken from the lake and euthanized as authorities checked their stomachs for signs of the missing boy. Another alligator was later killed, and all of them will have their teeth compared to the bite marks found on Lane.
