Diana Ross — Diva Takes Handicap Parking Spot

Diana Ross just placed a full-page ad in Variety to congratulate daughter Tracee Ellis for her Emmy nomination for "Black-ish" — but the diva is less gracious when it comes to grocery shopping. The National ENQUIRER caught Miss Ross shopping in West Hollywood and pulling right into a handicap spot!

While The ENQUIRER has caught Diana looking disheveled in the past, the songstress reportedly isn't in need of a handicapped space yet. The closest that Diana has come to being incapacitated in a parking lot was during a 2002 DUI bust in Arizona — where her blood alcohol content was nearly triple the state's .08 maximum.

That arrest was the result of cops seeing Diana getting out of a car that she parked in — yes, another handicap spot. They were already on the lookout for her white Pontiac, though, since they'd gotten calls that a similar car was driving in the wrong direction of a local street.

Fortunately, Miss Ross seems to only be a repeat offender with her parking this time. That's also a relief to friends of the 72-year-old star, who told The ENQUIRER they feared Diana was at a risk of a relapse after a car crash this year in Pennsylvania. “They are praying Diana can get through this without dangerous painkillers,” said an insider — although Diana seems more in need of a chauffeur nowadays!
