Courteney Cox has gone public with regrets over her plastic surgery — with insiders saying that her obsession nearly wrecked her relationship with Johnny McDaid!

Courteney was brutally frank about the plastic surgery disasters detailed by The National ENQUIRER over the years — insisting that she started with minor work: “The next thing you know, you’re layered and layered and layered. You have no idea because it’s gradual, until you go, ‘Oh sh*t, this doesn’t look right.’ And it’s worse in pictures than in real life!”

Insiders told The ENQUIRER that Courteney's changing face wasn't just a bad career move, though. Her filled-out face was also a turn-off to Johnny, who broke off their engagement in 2015.
