That's the home of Harvard University, and close to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where Neri's a rockstar professor!

Brad was reportedly quick to compromise after Neri made it clear that she didn't want to be pursued by paparazzi in Hollywood. Instead, Brad's made the move to Mass, and chose the Ritz-Carlton penthouse so he could get some privacy with an entire floor to himself.
