The former teen idol made the shocking statement to Rolling Stone magazine while promoting an upcoming Lifetime movie biopic based on his life. The troubled star spoke out about both his daughter's death and the tragic end of his ex-wife Whitney Houston — saying that justice hasn't been served after Nick was ordered to pay $36 million after being found liable for Bobbi Kristina's suspicious death!

"He's still walking around free," said a bitter Bobby. "What does justice look like to you?" And after wishing that Nick was in jail where "somebody can rape him," the grieving father added: "That's just how I feel. He raped me by taking my daughter away."

Bobby was part of the wrongful death suit filed against Nick in the wake of The National ENQUIRER's bombshell reporting on Bobbi Kristina's mysterious final hours. She was first found unresponsive in a bathtub in January 2015, and died in hospice care six months later at the age of 22.

Bobby had even suggested that Nick shouldn't just be blamed for the death of his daughter. The pop star also blames Nick for the death of Bobby's ex-wife! "The same thing that happened to my daughter is what happened to Whitney," declared the grieving father. "There’s only one person that was around both occasions, only one person who says they were there to protect them — and he didn’t!"

But in the Rolling Stone interview, Bobby says, "I don't think [Whitney] died from drugs."Alicia Etheredge-Brown, his wife and manager, steps in to correct him, saying: "There were drugs in her system." Bobby still insists that the real cause of Whitney's death was "just being broken-hearted." Bobby also assured Rolling Stone that the singer is misunderstood in his own private life, saying: "As far as my heart is concerned, my heart is pure!"
