Potential buyers are getting a good look at the bathtub where Bobbi Kristina's body was reportedly found by Bobbi Kristina's guests in the early hours of January 31, 2015 — face down in the bathwater! Bobbi Kristina would remain in a coma until dying in hospice care on July 26, 2015. She was laid to rest in a New Jersey grave next to her troubled addict mother. After The ENQUIRER looked into the suspicious circumstances of Bobbi Kristina's death, however, authorities began to question whether the showbiz scion had merely passed out after a night of wild partying. On Aug. 7 of last year, an amended lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator alleged that Bobbi Kristina's longtime boyfriend, Nick Gordon, gave her a “toxic cocktail,” and then put her facedown in a bathtub of cold water.

The real estate photos include the kitchen where the lawsuit claims Gordon argued with Bobbi Kristina after returning to the house from an “all-night cocaine and drinking binge” at around 6 a.m. on Jan. 31. Law enforcement sources later told The ENQUIRER that the “CSI-style forensic evidence” was collected within hours of Bobbi Kristina being found unconscious while facedown in the bathtub. Said the source: “While it’s no secret Nick and several others were in the townhouse when paramedics arrived, it’s a piece of physical evidence found upstairs that directly relates to wrongdoing in the incident — and that contains the incriminating fingerprints!”

The property photos also showcase the upstairs bedroom. The conservator's lawsuit alleges that this is where Nick accused Bobbi Kristina of cheating — and allegedly gave her a substance that rendered her unconscious before he placed Bobbi into the bathtub! In an exclusive interview with The ENQUIRER in June, Debra Reis Brooks, a close friend and neighbor, confirmed that Gordon, 26, and another friend, Max Lomas, 25 — who had placed the 911 call alerting authorities at 10:23 a.m. that morning — remained in her home while police conducted their investigation next door. Debra told The ENQUIRER: “Nick was so out of control and the police came up to me and said, ‘Would you take him in?’ because they wanted to bring [Bobbi Kristina] out on a stretcher and didn’t want him to see her.” Gordon was panic-stricken and reeked of alcohol and still seemed drunk, she said. Debra recalled that he vomited several times in her home.

The real estate company describes Bobbi Kristina's former home as being in an "exclusive gated community situated on the Chattahoochee River with top amenities, including clubhouse, swim/tennis, park, pet walk & private walking trails. Luxury Craftsman-European style townhome w/open floor plan, great room, gourmet kitchen, coffered ceilings & built-ins w/attention to detail. Spacious master suite features fireplace & built-ins w/spa bath. Two additional guest suites w/private baths. Professionally finished terrace level, including elevator. Excellent schools." Sadly, Bobbi Kristina was only 22 when she died, and never had a chance to raise the children who might have attended those local schools. The real estate photos also include a sad photo of a nearby playground that Bobbi Kristina might have once intended to enjoy with more generations of the Houston showbiz family.
