Chyna was granted temporary restraining order, and was instructed to be back in court on August 8 — just hours after her lawyer Lisa Bloom went after Rob for posting nude photos of his estranged baby mama on social media. "Any explicit photos that she may have chosen to post in the past," said Bloom, "that's her choice. This is like saying a woman can't be raped if she previously chose to have sex with someone."

As previously reported by The National ENQUIRER, Rob posted the daring photos of Blac Chyna while saying that she had cheated on him with other men. Chyna responded with her own social media post charging: "You beat me up and try act[ing] like it never happen!!!"

Chyna added in an interview that she plans to pursue charges against Rob using California's "revenge porn" laws. Rob didn't contest the restraining order — with lawyer Robert Shapiro, who famously defended O.J. Simpson along his client's father Robert Kardashian — saying that the father only wanted what was best for their child Dream.

Associates of Rob, however, have gone public with their own claims of Blac Chyna abusing her lover, including an allegations of a video that shows her trying to strangle Rob with an iPhone cord.
