“I don’t know what Constitutional rock this judge resides, because his refusal to write an opinion, reveals that he’s complicit in the corruption against me, and that he’s an accessory to the incestuous behavior that resides in Montgomery County,” Cosby also said in the statement.

Cosby, who has been behind bars for seven months, added, “His dishonorable conduct makes me smile, because this judge is being exposed, and it shows that this is bigger than me. O’Neill now has his formula: tried, true and tested to destroy Any Black Man and/or Colored Man In America.”

According to
ABC News, Cosby’s legal team has also argued that the once iconic TV star, who was
sentenced to three to 10 years, should be released on bail because he’s not a danger to the community due to his age and being blind.

Cosby’s team also alleges that the judge has a “longstanding personal and political feud” with Bruce Castor, the Montgomery County District Attorney whom they consider a witness. Castor had previously declined to prosecute the actor in 2005, and had also run against O’Neill for district attorney in the ‘90s.
