In more bad news for creepy comic Bill Cosby, a Los Angeles court has ruled against his attorneys and in favor of his alleged sexual assault victim Judy Huth. She was only 15 years old when Cosby reportedly molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974. In California, however, the statute of limitations for child sexual abuse begins to run from the date that a victim “discovers” her injury.

Judy is suing Cosby for damages related to her alleged sexual assault at Hugh Hefner's estate (pictured), based on "delayed discovery" of the aftereffects of the traumatic event. The lawsuit says: "This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for the plaintiff that has caused her significant problems throughout her life."

Judy is represented by the notorious pitbull lawyer Gloria Allred (pictured), who made this announcement earlier today: "Mr. Cosby made yet another attempt to have Judy Huth’s case thrown out, this time arguing that the statute of limitations barred her claims. We argued that Ms. Huth’s case should not be dismissed because her complaint and its accompanying filings all complied with the statute of limitations for allegations of child sexual abuse. The court agreed with us on this critical issue."
