Bill Cosby’s Night Of Dirty Depravity!
Creepy comedian Bill Cosby was finally hit with criminal charges after years of women claiming that the once-beloved showbiz legend had drugged and raped them. As reported by The National ENQUIRER, Cosby might have accumulated as many as 99 victims over the past 43 years. The disgraced sitcom star has even admitted in court depositions to using sedatives on women in the past. Now a crusading DA has filed the first criminal charges amongst the multiple accusations of rape against the once-beloved star. The court document reveals disturbing details on Cosby's alleged pattern of sexual assault.

Andrea Constand — then an employee of Pennsylvania’s Temple University — went to the police in 2004 to claim that Philadelphia native Cosby had just drugged and assaulted her at his Pennsylvania home. Andrea's lawyers say that she is a lesbian who was already involved in a relationship with another woman at the time. The court documents reveal that Andrea had already turned down sexual advances from Cosby in earlier dinners that she had with him at his Pennsylvania residence (seen above). One night, however, as revealed in the prosecutor's complaint, an "exhausted" Andrea was given pills by the comic: "Cosby placed the pills in the victim's hands and directed her to 'take the water.' She told Cosby she trusted him and then used the water to swallow the pills."

The court documents said: "The victim told investigators that after she ingested the pills, she and Cosby continued to talk at the table. However, within about twenty to thirty minutes of ingesting the pills, water and wine, she began to experience blurred vision and difficulty speaking...Despite her impaired physical and mental condition, the victim was aware that Cosby was fondling her breasts, put his hand into her pants, and penetrated her vagina with his fingers. Cosby also took the victim's right hand and placed it onto his erect penis. The victim told investigators that she did not consent to any of these acts, and was unable to move or speak during the assault."

Andrea claims that she awoke in Cosby's mansion at 4 a.m. the next morning, and "discovered that her sweater was bunched up, and that her bra was undone and had been moved above her breasts." She told her mother about the encounter a year later, on January 13, 2005. According to the criminal complaint, Andrea's mother contacted Cosby (seen above in his mugshot), who returned the call and actually admitted to the rape. "Although Cosby did not identify the drugs he gave to the victim," said the document, "during the same conversation [with Andrea's mother] he admitted fondling the victim's breasts, digitally penetrating her vagina, and placing the victim's hand on his penis for sexual gratification...Cosby apologized and offered to cover any expenses associated with therapy."

At the time of the assault, local prosecutors declined to press charges against Cosby. The document reveals how the comic had convinced the police that the sex was consensual. The new DA, however, says in the criminal complaint that authorities believed that Cosby drugged Andrea "to ensure that she would not rebuff his sexual advances as before." Even though local police wouldn't charge Cosby with rape at the time, Cosby was still later forced to settle a civil lawsuit filed by Andrea — and The ENQUIRER revealed how the pervy performer had given a deposition where the married man admitted to several sexual relationships with young women!
