Beyoncé and Jay-Z, in a stunning move to save their troubled marriage, are expecting again — and it’s twins … again! What’s more, The National ENQUIRER can exclusively reveal Bey’s first baby bump photos (left), taken in London. “Bey and Jay are thrilled they’re expecting and happier still that it’s twins,” revealed an insider. The news comes little more than a year after the birth of their first set of twins, Sir (right) and Rumi (inset). The couple’s oldest child, daughter Blue Ivy (center), is six. Insiders said both sets of twins are the result of in vitro fertilization, which ups the chances of a multiple birth. The pair isn’t letting the baby news interfere with their On the Run II World Tour, which continues through Oct. 4. “Bey found out about the babies in the early part of the tour, and she and Jay decided to move forward with it so they wouldn’t disappoint their fans,” said the source.

But insiders snitched she has been put on a strict diet and must get plenty of rest! “Bey had a miscarriage before Blue Ivy was born and she won’t do anything to put those kids in danger,” spilled the source. The happy news couldn’t have come at a better time.
