Betty is going up against some serious legal backing, too, with Anita's lawsuit listings plenty of labor code requirements! The claims are vague about what Anita's duties for Betty actually involved, though. The lawsuit only reveals that the household help wasn't looking after the aging actress!

Anita, the suit explains, "was not a personal attendant because she spent more than 20 percent of her time performing work other than feeding and dressing a person who needs supervision." Labor codes have provided exemptions for "personal attendants" in the past.

Betty or her spokespeople haven't responded yet — but Anita is seeking more than just past wages. She also wants Betty to pay penalties, in addition to paying interest on the amount of any rulings made against the beloved actress.
