He followed 2014's "Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb" with just a few television appearances before bombing with "Zoolander 2" at the start of 2016. Ben was declared cancer-free in September 2014 — with this photo taken just a month after his surgery.

Before that, Ben reached out to his "Meet The Parents" costar Robert De Niro, adding that the actor had shown up when the comic Googled other men who had survived prostate cancer. "One of the key learnings," added Ben in his online essay, "is not to Google 'people who died of prostate cancer' immediately after being diagnosed with prostate cancer!"
