Aretha Franklin is being mourned in Motor City as hundreds of fans line up to say goodbye to the Queen of Soul. The final days leading to her Detroit funeral have started with her body in repose at the Charles H. Wright Museum for African American History. Aretha passed away on Aug. 16 from pancreatic cancer, but the days since her demise have only provided more drama from the legendary diva. That includes her funeral being delayed as her four sons filed a document over Aretha having left no will — while Detroit assembles a tribute concert that puts an end to some old feuds!

Under Michigan law, any unmarried person who dies without a will has his or her assets divided equally among any children.
