Boston cosmetic surgeon Dr. Dave David has not treated Angelina, but he studied recent pictures of the bony, 42-year-old beauty, and told a source for The National ENQUIRER that the "Tomb Raider" star is likely getting regular shots of the wrinkle-erasing liquid. “She probably has been getting Botox in her forehead, crow’s-feet and glabella — the space between her eyebrows,” he says, adding that the treatments “usually need to be redone every three to six months.

“For these three areas, it would cost between $800 and $1,500 each time.” Along with “heading to the doctor’s office a couple of times every month all summer,” the source said Angie — shown in New York City September 14 fending off scary skinniness by wolfing down a jumbo pretzel — is “getting other work, like dental treatments and occasional fillers.”
