“Angelina is freaking out because Brad cleaned up his act after their split and is looking better than ever,” says an insider. “His revenge body is downright hot! Meanwhile, she’s looking scarecrow skinny — like she’s suffering from acute malnutrition. Her looks appear to be fading fast."

Boston cosmetic surgeon Dr. Dave David has not treated Angelina, but he studied recent pictures of the bony, 42-year-old beauty, and told a source for The National ENQUIRER that the "Tomb Raider" star is likely getting regular shots of the wrinkle-erasing liquid. “She probably has been getting Botox in her forehead, crow’s-feet and glabella — the space between her eyebrows,” he says, adding that the treatments “usually need to be redone every three to six months.

“For these three areas, it would cost between $800 and $1,500 each time.” Along with “heading to the doctor’s office a couple of times every month all summer,” the source said Angie — shown in New York City September 14 fending off scary skinniness by wolfing down a jumbo pretzel — is “getting other work, like dental treatments and occasional fillers.”

Some insiders believe Jolie, who played an evil witch in "Maleficent," has also had a smoothing treatment on her neck. New York cosmetic surgeon Dr. Stephen Greenberg, who has not treated Angelina, observes that “It’s possible she had Botox treatment targeting her neck” muscles.

Says the insider: “She’s paranoid about aging, and while her face is smooth, she knows it’s much harder to disguise neck wrinkles.

“She’s instructed her doctors to keep a close eye on her neck and hands. She’s seen stars like Madonna focus too much on the face, only to have her true age shine through on other parts of her body."
