The National ENQUIRER caught Brad looking thrilled outside of his lawyer's office just days before the shocking statement by the court. TheBlast.com was first to report that Angelina had been threatened by the court
over the custody battle, with the judge warning her attorneys that she could get the kids taken from her.

“If the minor children remain closed down to their father,” said the unnamed justice,“and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in
a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt].”

Instead, a source spilled,
the MIT professor met Brad’s brood during a FaceTime session, adding: “Now Angie’s livid that Brad’s brought his new lady into their children’s lives!” The judge specifically addressed cell phone access in the latest ruling, saying that Brad gets the phone numbers of all of the children — and Angelina isn't allowed to read any text messages between them!

A spokesperson for Angelina, however, has told The ENQUIRER: “This misleading leak is not in the best interests of the children. From the start, Angelina has been focused only on their health and needs, which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately. It’s deplorable that someone, for their own selfish reasons, leaked selective portions of the confidential and sealed court record to create an inaccurate and unfair picture of what is really happening.”
