The “Catwoman” star began the exhaustive process with a private agency a while back, and finally got a thumbs-up after proving she’s not only got tons of money…she’s got tons of love to give a child. Said an insider: “She’d really love a little girl, but she’s willing to take any child in need of a good home–even one that’s older.”
